蘇格拉底(希臘語:Σωκράτης/英語:Socrates,西元前469年—西元前399年),古希臘著名的思想家、哲學家、教育家、公民陪審員。
蘇格拉底和他的學生柏拉圖,以及柏拉圖的學生亞裡斯多德並稱為“古希臘三賢”,被後人廣泛地認為是西方哲學的奠基者。
身為雅典的公民,據記載蘇格拉底最後被雅典法庭以侮辱雅典神、引進新神論和腐蝕雅典青年思想之罪名判處死刑。儘管蘇格拉底曾獲得逃亡的機會,但他仍選擇飲下毒堇汁而死,因為他認為逃亡只會進一步破壞雅典法律的權威。
